Purpose and scope of application
These Terms of Service regulate access to and use of the website and the services offered by Alef Med (hereinafter, “the Clinic” or “Alef Med”) in the field of aesthetic medicine and cosmetology in Valencia (Spain). The use of the site and/or the contracting of services implies full acceptance of these Terms.

By accessing or using the site and/or booking a service, you declare that you have read and accepted these Terms, the Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy And the Cookie Policy, as well as the Refund Policy which forms part of these conditions.
Health Information and Nature of Services
The information on the site is merely informational and informative and is not a substitute for the advice, diagnosis or prescription of a healthcare professional. Services are personalized; results may vary depending on the individual characteristics of each patient.
Access and use of the site
a) Access is free and free of charge, without prejudice to the connection costs of the user's telecommunications provider.
b) The user undertakes to diligent and lawful use, abstaining from activities that damage or burden the site or violate the rights of third parties.
c) Alef Med may modify, suspend or interrupt the site or its services for technical, maintenance or force majeure reasons.
Age and Representation Requirements
The services are aimed at people over 18 years of age. For minors, the intervention and/or authorization of their legal representatives will be necessary in accordance with applicable regulations.
Appointment and Hiring Process
a) The request for an appointment does not constitute confirmation until validated by the Clinic (by email, telephone or other means).
b) The contract is finalized when the appointment/service is confirmed and, where appropriate, when the indicated payment or advance payment is made.
c) Alef Med may request prior clinical information to assess the appropriateness of the treatment; if there are contraindications, alternatives will be proposed or we will proceed according to Refund Policy.
Pricing, Payments and Billing
a) The prices are indicated in euros and include taxes unless otherwise indicated.
b) Payments can be made using authorized means (cash, card, payment gateway, financing, etc.). Certain treatments may require Advance/reservation.
c) Invoicing is issued in accordance with current tax regulations. For funded or third-party payments, the terms of the financial provider also apply.
Cancellations, changes and non-attendance (no-show)
The provisions of the Refund Policy (deadlines, penalties, returns, rescheduling). In case of non-attendance without notice within the established deadline, the advance payment may be withheld or a charge for non-attendance may apply.
Bonuses, packages and promotions
The validity, terms of use, assignment and refunds of vouchers or packages shall be governed by what is indicated in the Refund Policy and/or under the specific conditions of each offer. Unless otherwise indicated, special discount promotions are not refundable once initiated.
Materials, clinical images and testimonials
The use of “before/after” images, testimonials or clinical cases for informational or promotional purposes will require your consent prior and specific, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You can withdraw it at any time.
Obligations of the user-patient
a) Provide true, accurate and complete information in forms, anamnesis and communications.
b) Follow the pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by the professional.
c) Report on allergies, pathologies, medication and relevant history.
Intellectual and industrial property
The contents of the site (texts, images, brands, logos, videos, design and code) belong to Alef Med or to licensed third parties. Its reproduction, distribution or public communication without prior written authorization is prohibited.
External links and providers
The site may contain links to third parties or integrate vendor services (payment gateways, analytics, messaging, etc.). Alef Med is not responsible for the content or policies of these third parties. The use of such services is governed by their own terms.
Liability and limitation
a) Without prejudice to the liability required for healthcare provision, Alef Med does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the site or the absence of technical errors.
b) To the extent permitted by law, Alef Med will not be responsible for indirect damages, loss of data or loss of profits derived from the use of the site.
c) None of the above limits liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence, nor does it limit consumers' inalienable rights.
Force majeure
Alef Med will not be responsible for non-compliance or delays due to causes beyond its reasonable control (strikes, third-party failures, power cuts, natural phenomena, health emergencies, etc.).
Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy (GDPR and LOPDGDD). You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation and portability as indicated therein.
